Andrew graduated from Swarthmore College and Columbia Business School. He began at Miller Advertising in 1975, and he has worked with many large and small real estate, automotive and recruitment advertisers.

In addition to his management role as the company's Chairman, he has maintained his direct involvement with key agency real estate accounts, including Stribling & Associates, Glenwood Management, Concierge Auctions, Urbana Properties and Coldwell Banker. His recruitment advertising clients include IBM, Wal-Mart and JP Morgan Chase.

Nicole Miller, a principal of the firm, has been with the agency since 1979. She supervises the client services teams at Miller Advertising and personally directs integrated account service for a number of key clients across multiple categories, including real estate (commercial, residential and asset-backed loan sales), franchise development, recruitment, and legal.

Nicole is a member of both the Recruitment Agency Association and of SHRM. A Cum Laude graduate of Wesleyan University with a BA in Psychology, Nicole has a dynamic, hands on style of management and focuses on rapid attention to new client initiatives.

Daniel Miller graduated from Oakland University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and Anthropology. In 1972 he began working at the Poughkeepsie Journal until joining the family firm. He is the agency’s Treasurer and is responsible for maintaining Miller’s media relationships, both personal and business-to-business, as well as the contracts and related issues.

Jim Curry graduated from Wagner College in 1977 with a Bachelor’ s Degree in Economics. He worked in the financial department of Grey Advertising before coming to Miller Advertising. He currently serves the agency as Miller’s Controller and heads the Finance Department. He also advises and consults with the principals on new acquisitions.
