The Continental Park
Challenge An apartment building in an up-and-coming area of Queens was going co-op. The goal was to drive leads and calls to the sales team. Solution Posner Miller created a new website, www.TheContinentalPark.com, and an integrated marketing campaign was developed featuring subway ads near the location, print ads in targeted newspapers (including reaching an Asian audience), a paid search campaign on Google, retargeting and email follow ups. The building was also featured in a New York Times article about affordable Queens real estate.
