Solow Building Company: Two Sutton Place North

Challenge Two Sutton Place North is the second phase of a two tower super luxury Manhattan rental residence. Miller took on the challenge, which faces any multi-phase development – creating a brand strategy that positions the product as new and distinct, without losing the branding capital that has been accrued from marketing and advertising the initial phase. Solution Miller introduced Two Sutton Place North with the Grand Opening presence of a new building with online banner and print campaigns. To sustain brand retention and recognition, Miller created a mini website highlighting Two Sutton Place North within the existing website that advertises all of the Solow residential buildings, as well as an aggressive re-marketing campaign.
